Overview
CBB Coach DB is a college basketball coaching analytics platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We collect only what we need to run the service and we do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID. We use this to create and manage your account. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, Drive, or any other Google services.
Payment information
Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. We never see or store your credit card number or full payment details. Lemon Squeezy sends us your customer ID and subscription status so we can activate your account. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Usage data and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and general traffic patterns. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address (anonymized), browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Feedback submissions
If you submit feedback through our feedback form, we store the content of your message, the page you were on, and your email address if you choose to provide one. We use this only to investigate and respond to your report.

CBB Coach DB is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will note the updated date at the top of this page.
